Please join Danielle Dugan and Tess Rose for Restorative Yoga featuring a live Sound Bath. This workshop is designed to help you relax and restore your body and mind through gentle, supported postures, breath awareness and mind focus.
To enhance your experience, we're excited to offer a live sound bath during this session. Our talented sound healer Tess, will use a variety of instruments to create a calming and immersive atmosphere, allowing you to deeply relax and let go of any lingering worries or tension.
