About the event
Join Resonant River, a Hudson Valley-based sound bath collective, for an immersive evening of sound and meditation.
Certified sound and meditation practitioners Kate and Stacie, including one of Mirbeau’s own yoga instructors, bring together metal and crystal singing bowls, gongs, shruti boxes, kalimbas, rattles, rain sticks, and other instruments to create a layered sensory experience designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and a greater sense of well-being.
